3 x 16mm-projectors with color film
Cine-Pano-Rama is a reflection on space and time. This 16mm installation explores the concept of panoramic imaging both formally and thematically, employing the Cine-Rama process. An image is split spatially and temporally, creating the illusion of a wide panoramic view.
The installation consists of three projectors arranged in a slight semicircle, each showing the same film. The footage depicts a color panoramic view of the ocean. However, since all three projectors show the same scene, the panorama is an illusion—the image is not divided temporally (sequentially) but spatially (side by side). The viewer perceives a wide landscape, though in reality it is the same moment shown three times simultaneously.

Uraufführung im Rahmen der Ausstellung Kinematographische Positionen in der Kunsthalle Leoben, ermöglicht durch die Steirische Kulturinitiative im September 2022.
In Wien wurde die Installation in der Galerie Kras im Februar 2023 ausgestellt.
