Her works are shown in cinemas, exhibition contexts, and as live performances. In 2023, her feature film Letter from a Friend received the Salzburg Young Talent Award Simon S., and her short film Farbversuchsprogramm (Color Test Program) won the ORF Topos Award for Audience Favorite at the Vienna Shorts Festival. Her films are distributed by sixpackfilm.
Stefanie Weberhofer shares her knowledge of analog film techniques through regular workshops, for example at filmkoop wien or Youki Media Festival and develops educational programs at venues such as the Austrian Film Museum, Stadtkino im Künstlerhaus or Admiralkino. With StayFanny Production, she supports independent film projects in the non-commercial sector.
